Payment updated – renew subscription

    Dear Team,

    As I took over MIRA Webhosting from Mathias Grothe, I did not know that the payment details are not up to da anymore.
    I just saw that the last subscriptions haven’t been charged due to the not inactive payment method.
    Can you please renew my Business subscription and use the new Credit Card for the payment?

    We apologize for the issue you are facing with your subscription payment. To update your payment method and renew your Business subscription, please follow these steps:

    1. Navigate to Rank Math Dashboard: Log in to your Rank Math account and go to Rank Math Dashboard → Subscriptions.

    2. Change Payment Methods: In the subscriptions page, select the Payment Methods tab and click the Change Payment Methods button.

    3. Access FastSpring Checkout: The FastSpring Checkout Page will open in a new tab. Enter the email address you used to purchase the subscription and click the Continue button.

    4. Follow Instructions: You will receive an email with further instructions to complete the payment update.

    Once you’ve updated your payment details, your subscription should renew automatically. If you encounter any issues or need further assistance, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from our support team will assist you.

    Unfortunately, if your subscription has already expired, you may need to buy it again on our pricing page as our renewal option does not apply to expired packages.
