Switching to rankmath instead of monster analytics

    Hi,
    I noticed I can connect both console and analytics now on google, with rankmath.
    Is there anything I need to think about?
    I am reporting every month to a number of customers via an external service (agency analytics) so I would like to prevent any embarrassing losses of visitor stats.
    I have connected rankmath to the same google analytics property as i.e. monster insights did.

    Thank you for contacting the support.

    Rank Math only shows the data that is important and actionable. We would recommend keeping the the agency analytics on for some time but do not install the Google Analytics code using Rank Math for now.

    Wait till the Pro version comes out so you can compare both the plugins and then decide.

    Thanks, but I only use plugins like MonsterInsights to add the UA-code to all the pages on the site, I don’t look at any of the dashboards it adds inside WP. I instead go into agency analytics which can connect to google analytics, and there in agency analytics I select and connect to google analytics via the same UA-tag from google analytics that I have added to the page via MonsterInsights.
    The only change now is that I was hoping I could delete MonsterInsights plugin and replace that with rankmath to reduce the amount of plugins on my sites.
    Is rankmath not adding the GA tag in the same way as other GA WordPress plugins?

    Yes, in that case, you could safely use our plugin. In any case, since you report this to a lot of clients, my recommendation would be to try it with a few and see if everything is fine and if it is, just go ahead and enjoy all the features in our plugin (and the ones coming).
