I can’t use my 750 free monthly credits with Content AI

    Hi, I’m on a free plan and anytime I’d like to use my 750 free monthly credits, I get the message, that I need a subscription. I believe it’s not the case. Could you please look into it for me?

    The message is: “To access this Content AI feature, you need to have an active subscription plan.”

    Hi,
    I believe that even if I’m subscribed to RankMath’s free account, I should be receiving 750 free credits every month, and I should be able to use them to, let’s say, generate titles or meta descriptions in WordPress. This is my understanding after having watched your video:

    Please follow this guide to ensure your Content AI credits are loaded in your website’s WP dashboard: https://rankmath.com/kb/how-to-restore-missing-content-ai-credits/

    If the issue persists, please head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Content AI and refresh the credits. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

    Thank you for your reply. I disconnected and reconnected my account, and I checked the Content AI credits on your website; I see 750 credits and 0 used. But in WordPress, I see 0 credits available. When I hit the refresh button, I get a JSON error saying: The response is not a valid JSON response.

    We have manually disconnected the concerned website from our end. When you log in to your website now you should see it disconnected from your account.

    Please reconnect it from WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and check if the credits are available by going to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math SEO > Content AI.

    Thanks a lot – this worked! I reconnected my account, and the credits show. When I tried to refresh the number of credits, no JSON error message was shown and it updated smoothly. Thank you very much!
