    Rank Math free

Since 12 June when last install the Rank Math Plugin, Sitemap is not readable always give an error that “Couldn’t fetch”.

I was suggested in RankMath Facebook group to mention my issue here,

    1: Sitemap: https://www.travelinntour.com/sitemap_index.xml

2: Individual posts are being indexed properly and appearing in search results.

3: Sitemap is being crawled in Bing webmaster tool, No Issue at all

4: As a test, I change the plugin from RankMath to Yoast but still the same issue.

5: Robots.txt Tester gives always a green signal that google bot is not blocked.

Anything else more needs to know, please let me know.

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Please send us the verification code from your Google account so that we can be able to take a look at this issue for you.
I have tested the sitemap on online curl and it looks like your host is caching the file which is not recommended.
Please get in touch with your host so that they can help in bypassing the sitemap on the caching rules.

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

Sir, I conform to my hosting company, And the following reply I get.

[Trey P.] Thank you for contacting support. I am very sorry to hear that you are having this issue. I am more than happy to assist you with this Abdul. As you are on a shared business plan, there is no server-side level caching.

I didn’t receive any verification code for google account. As I am not using any phone verification also.

I am using the Bunny CDN + Hummingbird caching plugin. ( I disable both And than try to add the sitemap but still giving the same issue.

Anything else needs to know, please let me know.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hi Abdul,

Thanks for getting back to us.

I have now been able to login to your search console and it looks like you have verified the non www version of your website which could be playing a part in this issue.
Please make use of the DNS method to verify your property and ensure that you verify the URL that matches the live domain to fix this.

I hope this info helps. Thank you.

As per your instructions domain verified by adding DNS record. You can see In search console, After that, I Refresh permalinks and as no cache plugin and cdn, so I add the sitemap in search console but the same problem (Couldn’t fetch).

would you mind having a look at this? Seems issue is with google search console as per the following thread.
