It seems your sitemap was being cached on your site. I resolved this by ding the following:
1. Flushed the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:
https://i.rankmath.com/pipRDp
2. Excluded the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin by heading to WPFastest cache > Exclude > Exclude pages
That fixed the issue, you can confirm this by opening your sitemap in a private browser.

I am not sure what do you mean, my colleague should have fixed it by excluding those sitemaps. Is it not working for you? If not, I can check it again.
