    I have done a ticket a few days back and still go no response. I am not satisfied with your products and have made purchases but was then advised that i only had a 7 day trial and had to pay again which made you product to expense and unclear advertising of your product because how can you get an add on product with the base product and not transparent about the 7 day trial. Please process a full refund for all my purchase in terms of your 30 day money back guarantee as i have decline the renewal for the additional charges

    Yes please cancell all and do a full refund in terms of the 30 satisfaction guarantee. I cannot use the add-ons with the pro so it is pointless. I will learn an alternative that can work
