Hello,
We apologize for the issue you are facing with WordPress being unable to search for plugins while Rank Math is activated. This could be due to a conflict with another plugin or theme.
To troubleshoot this issue, we recommend checking for any conflicting plugins. You can do this by following these steps:
- Navigate to the Troubleshooting Mode in the top bar of your WordPress dashboard.
- Hover over the plugins section and click on any one of the plugins to enable it.
- Try reproducing the issue.
- If the issue persists, then the plugin you just activated is conflicting with Rank Math.
- If not, then that plugin is not causing issues with Rank Math.
- Repeat this process by enabling one plugin at a time until you identify the conflicting plugin.
If you find a specific plugin causing the conflict, you can contact the plugin developer for a resolution. Alternatively, let us know which plugin it is, and we will do our best to help resolve the conflict from our end.
If the issue continues even when only the default WordPress theme and Rank Math are active, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from our support team will assist you further.
Thank you for raising this concern!
