Rank Math free

I have just activated rank math on my relatively new website.
https://www.machiningdoctor.com/
Google search console shows an error on the pages sitemap: “Your Sitemap appears to be an HTML page. Please use a supported sitemap format instead.”
Is it ok?

To keep this from recurring in future, please ensure your sitemap is not being cached on your site or server. To do this, you need to add all your sitemap URLs to the excluded list from caching
