Sitemap not working on litespeed website

    Hello,

    We apologize for the issue you are facing with your sitemap not working on your LiteSpeed website. Since you’ve already excluded the sitemap from caching in the LiteSpeed plugin, it’s possible that Cloudflare could be affecting the sitemap as well.

    Cloudflare does not cache sitemaps by default, but if there have been any changes that caused your sitemaps to be cached, you can set a page rule to exclude your sitemap from being cached. Here’s how you can do that:

    1. Log into your Cloudflare account and select your website.
    2. Navigate to Rules → Page Rules and click Create Page Rule.
    3. In the Page Rules settings, paste your sitemap URL in the URL field.
    4. Select Cache Level and choose Bypass in the dropdown menus.
    5. Click Save and Deploy Page Rule.

    If you need to find your sitemap URL, you can check it by going to Rank Math SEO → Sitemap Settings in your WordPress dashboard, where it will be displayed at the top of the General settings page.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    This issue is occurring because on your database entries, there are some Unicode characters that are preventing the sitemap from correctly loading.

    Please access your WordPress database and check the table wp_options. You’ll notice entries like blogname with Unicode characters instead of the correct characters in there.

    To be more specific, you may take a look if you find a similar entry like Håndvægten in the option_value column. Here is an example below for your reference:

    Please try to replace this entry with Håndvægten, and then the sitemap should start working fine again.
