Problem with user permissions saving

    Hi there,

    I’m having a problem with my Rankmath user permissions. When I update a user’s role in Rankmath’s settings their permissions aren’t saved and therefore not recognized. This means they don’t see the Advanced Rankmath settings when editing a post or page.

    Please advise how to fix.

    Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

    Please let us know if you find the culprit.

    Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

    Hi, I tried to use the Health Check Plugin but when I try to enable every plugin I get this error:

    When enabling the plugin, [plugin_name], a site failure occurred. Because of this the change was automatically reverted.
