The analytics section is not working and hasn’t been for months now. It’s showing 0 impressions, keywords, clicks, etc.
Why isn’t this working when everything shows to be set up correctly?

Check Connections: Ensure that both the Search Console and Analytics modules are connected correctly. You can verify this in the Analytics section under Rank Math SEO → General Settings.

Import New Data Manually: If everything seems set up correctly, try importing new data manually. To do this:
- Scroll down to the Analytics Database section and click on Delete Data.
- After deleting, click on Update Data manually. Your data should be fetched within a few minutes.

Check for Errors: Navigate to the Analytics page from Rank Math SEO → Analytics. Right-click on the page and select Inspect Element to check for any errors in the developer console that might indicate a plugin conflict or other issues.

Plugin Conflicts: If you suspect a plugin conflict, we recommend running a plugin conflict test to see if disabling other plugins resolves the issue.

If the issue persists, please follow the steps below to create a troubleshooting log so that we can check the issue further for you.
1. At first add the following filter to your website:
add_filter( 'rank_math/analytics/log_response', '__return_true' );
Here is a guide you can follow to add the filter:
https://rankmath.com/kb/wordpress-hooks-actions-filters/2. After adding the filter, please run the pending Scheduled Action from your WordPress Dashboard > Tools > Scheduled Actions > Pending or you can try visiting the following URL:
https://yourdomain.com/wp-admin/tools.php?page=action-scheduler&status=pending
This is how it should look like:
When some actions have completed running, please check the Analytics log under
wp-content/uploads/rank-math

Thanks for response.
A few issues:
1) I do not want to remove rankmath access on my google account, as it’s linked with multiple client sites, and this issue is only present on this and another and do not want to unlink the others.2) When I reconnect, I do not get the “fetching” message.
3) For some reason, there is 92 pending requests now from Rank Math.
4) The rankmath folder in wp-content/uploads/rank-math is empty.
Is there any way we can provide admin access and you determine the issue here?
