automatic renewal

    By law, the supplier must inform the subscriber in writing, no earlier than 3 months and no later than 1 month before the end of the contract, of the option not to renew it (article L. 136-1 of the French Consumer Code).

    However, I have not been informed, even if only by email, of this renewal and the possibility of terminating it.

    I therefore request a refund of the amount deducted.

    The renewal is for your Content AI purchased on January 21, 2024, under a different email account [moved to sensitive data section].

    We sent out an email reminder 7 days prior to the charge. Did you not receive that?
     
    If you received it, then sorry to disappoint you, but our refund policy does not extend to renewal subscriptions. Before the subscription happens, our system sends out an email 7 days before the actual charge so the users can cancel their subscription(s).
