Exhausted Content AI Credits: Even if you see credits in your account, Content AI might not have checked the available credits yet. You can refresh your Content AI credits by going to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math → General Settings → Content AI and clicking the refresh icon. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

Content AI is Unable to Generate Content: If the prompt you are using is identified as unsafe, it may return a "Could not generate. Please try again later" message. Try modifying your prompt to ensure it doesn’t contain unsafe words.

Reached Content AI Credits Limit For the Domain: If you have set a limit on the credits for your domain, you may need to increase that limit. You can do this by logging into your Rank Math account and heading to the Connected Websites section, then adjusting the limit for the affected site.
If the issue persists after trying these steps, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further.

I did all the steps but even though I have 1779/1750 when I refresh the AI content in WP it is still 0

The credits 1779/1750 means you’ve already used 1779 credits where the allocated was 1750. That means all the credits have been used for this month.

Or, you can wait till the next month for the credits to replenish.
