We found a subscription under the name on the details you shared but that was done with a different credit card which has recently expired.
To verify the purchase can you please share the last 4 digits of any other credit card you might have so we can compare it with the purchase and move the subscriptions after confirmation?

The issue is that we need to be absolutely sure that it’s the correct person who made the payment and you were not able to provide the proof either by sharing the correct last 4 digits of the card used or the receipt from FastSpring with the data about the subscription.
Even the country on the account used for the purchase we mentioned above is different from your current one.
If you cannot provide those details, please share any other email addresses you might have used so we can compare them with the one on the subscription to validate the purchase.
