Is it possible to export all snippets to an Excel table?

    Hi,

we thought it would be a good idea to export all snippets of our website (pages, posts, Woo-products) to an Excel-sheet and give it away for editing. Of course, it has to be imported afterwards, too.

Is there any solution to do so?

    Best regards,

    Marcus

  • Hello,

Thank you for getting in touch with us.

I am sorry but this is not a feature offered in Rank math.

This data is however stored in the wp_postmeta table. You can hire a developer to help you create a custom way to get the data from the database to an excel file

Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

    Hi Michael,

thx for your reply. I was afraid this would be the answer ;o)…
Maybe you´d like to think about this as a new feature in a future release?

I (and probably a lot of people) would be glad about this, as I would be glad to stay with RankMath.

Thank you very much for your answer.
Stay healthy and have a good day,

    Marcus

    Hello Marcus,

I’ll be glad to pass this to our dev team and if your suggestion is something that we’re able to introduce, I’ll be sure to let you know.

We hope that helps. If there’s anything else we can help you with, please let us know.

    Hello,

Please note that Rank Math does not have an option to modify the Schema on WooCommerce Product Schema. All data is taken from your actual product info and turned into Schema ready code.

So, all the changes you need to make to the Schema will need to be made to the products themselves.

What that means is that you can export the Woo Products as a regular XML file, make changes, and import that back into your WP website. All changes you make to the products will automatically get reflected in the Schema.

There is no separate feature needed to export the snippets.

Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

    Hi Uzair,

    It´s not only about Woo-Products:
I am even more thinking about snippets of pages and posts and maybe categories.

    Thanks for your reply,

    Marcus

    Hello,

Then the solution proposed by my colleague Michael should work for you, and hopefully, in the future, we have that feature in our plugin.

    Looking forward to help you.
