Hello,
We apologize for the issue you are facing with connecting your Rank Math account to the Google Search Console. It seems that the URL is not appearing as expected, which can be frustrating.
Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot this issue:
-
Check if the Site is Verified: Ensure that your website is verified in Google Search Console. If it’s not verified, Rank Math won’t be able to fetch the data.
-
Add the Correct Site URL: Make sure you have added the correct site URL to Google Search Console. You can refer to this article on adding a URL property to the Search Console.
-
Refresh Connections: Go to Rank Math SEO → General Settings → Analytics and try reconnecting your Google account. This can help refresh the connection and may resolve the issue.
-
Test Connections: In the same Analytics settings, use the Test Connections option to check if Rank Math is properly connected to your Google account. A green signal indicates a valid connection, while a red signal indicates an issue.

-
Clear Cache: Sometimes, clearing your browser cache or trying a different browser can help resolve display issues.
If you have followed these steps and are still experiencing the problem, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further.
Thank you for bringing this concern to our attention!

Hello,
Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Please try to follow the steps below and see if that works for you.
1. Please make sure that you have verified your website on Google Search Console, if not, follow this guide: https://rankmath.com/kb/google-site-verification/
Also, make sure that you are not connecting to Google Search Console via a domain property but rather a URL prefix and that you have verified the correct version of your website on the Google Search Console (HTTP or HTTPS, www or non-www).
2. After that, please remove RankMath’s app from your Google apps permissions by following this guideline: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
3. Once done, reconnect the Google account again from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics and configure the Search Console and Analytics settings again.
Kindly check all necessary checkboxes to allow Rank Math to access some of the Google Services.
Let us know how it goes. Looking forward to helping you.
