I’ve gone a head and re- subscribed
the challenge is that i was on recurring payment, which means as as most do is keep me on that original deal. when the subscription stopped (which I did not initiate) means I have to take a new subscription, but I don’t want to be on the new price. It should ideally be on the amount I signed up for. thank you for understanding as I’ve not had the pro options on my sites due to non-renewal, so it’s caused me issues. i look forward to the partial refund and hopefully be kept on a better rate
