Plugin conflict with NexGEN Gallery

    Hi,

    I’ve recently noticed that Rank Math SEO features and functions stopped working. Particularly, in the General tab of the Rank Math SEO section on the Post page edit screen, all fields of the Snipet are empty and no other options and fields available. Please see provided screenshots with and without issue.

    I have narrowed down the conflict with NextGEN Gallery plugin (ver. 3.3.20) and Rank Math SEO (ver. 1.0.49).
    I think previous version was working fine. I also wrote to NextGEN Gallery developers to see if they can find any conflicting code.

    Could you please help us troubleshoot this issue?

    Please enable the Beta update by following this:

    If you are unable to see an update, please clear Rank Math’s transients from:
    WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Remove Rank Math Transients > Remove transients
    remove transients rank math

    Please clear the caches, server, and WordPress after updating.

    You can disable the Beta updates once you update to the latest version and if the issue is fixed.

    Thank you. I tried but cannot get it show beta update available. Tried clearing cache on server, browser, clear transients. Still do not see beta version.

    Any other suggestions?

    Please update your plugin to the latest version and let us know

    Some users also reported the issue being with NextGen and rolling back to a previous version of Nextgen fixed their issue. You can try this if the issue persists and let us know.

    Rolling back NextGEN Gallery plugin to ver. 3.3.17 fixed the issue. Thank you.

    I posted a ticket with their support a week ago and never heard from them back.

    Hoping they will finally contact me or just release a fix.
