Hello,
We apologize for the issue you are facing with high server load on your WooCommerce site. It seems that the query from Rank Math is causing performance issues, especially with a large number of products.
To address this, we recommend checking the following:
-
Server Resources: Ensure that your hosting plan provides sufficient resources (CPU, RAM) to handle the load, especially with 27,000 products. You can check your server’s performance metrics and consider upgrading if necessary.
-
Optimize Database: Regularly optimizing your database can help improve performance. You can use plugins designed for database optimization or perform manual optimizations through phpMyAdmin.
-
Caching: Implement caching solutions to reduce the load on your server. This can significantly improve response times and reduce server load.
-
Review Plugins: Sometimes, conflicts with other plugins can cause high server load. Try deactivating other plugins temporarily to see if the issue persists.
-
Update Rank Math: Ensure that you are using the latest version of Rank Math, as updates often include performance improvements and bug fixes.
If the problem continues after trying these steps, please reply to this ticket with more details about your server environment and any specific error messages you may be encountering. A human agent from our support team will be able to assist you further.
Thank you for raising this concern!
I have done everything above but I didn’t see any difference, the problem continues
Hello,
Thank you so much for getting in touch.
The query you’re seeing is related to Rank Math’s indexing of products and checking for the noindex meta tag. This issue might arise from large product inventories and the complexity of the query.
To help reduce server load, we recommend getting in touch with your web host and ask them to set at least the following values:
PHP Memory Limit: 1024M
Max input time: 600
PHP time limit: 240
PHP max input variables: 1000
If the issue persists, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.
