    Hii, I had opened a ticket asking for a refund on auto-renewed Rank Math plan, it has been 1.5 month and I still haven’t received the refund. Could you please help me with the progress? I also can’t open the previous ticket, it shows “You do not have permission to view this topic.”.

    Thank you for contacting support.

    We refunded that charge on November 29 as per your request and you can check the invoice to confirm the same here: https://rankmath.com/my-account/subscriptions/?tab=payments

    In this case, and given the money has left our account, you would need to get in touch with your bank about this and request what’s the hold-up.
