If your featured image is already set, then it will be added to your Schema by Rank Math and you can test the same here:
https://search.google.com/test/rich-results
If the image in the Schema is correct but Google is picking some other image, then that is because Google thinks that image is more relevant for the search term and there is not much you can do to force Google to use the image you are providing.
If the image is different in the Schema, please let us know so we can look further into this.
