Dear Rank Math Support Team,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding an ongoing issue with my Rank Math Pro subscription.I purchased the Pro subscription at the end of November 2024 for approximately $300, and the payment was successfully processed (27. Nov, 14:16). However, I am unable to see my subscription in the Rank Math dashboard or use it on my website.
Despite the payment being completed over a month ago, I have not been able to access or benefit from the service I paid for. This means I have already lost a full month of usage that I am entitled to.
Is there anything missing on my behalf?
