index and sitemap eror

    after updating the new version, my website increased its index from 800 to more than 8000, at the same time the site map of the product catalory is automatically turned off.
    I found out about this when today category of keywords fell deeply

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Can you please follow these steps?
    1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:
    https://i.rankmath.com/xXXhDt

    2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server.
