    Dear Rank Math Support,

    I’m an employee of CM Capital, and we used to have access to rank math pro in our website (as a plugin in WordPress), and its charging us monthly.

    We don’t have this access anymore, because maybe this access was created by someone who is no longer an employee of our company.

    To get this access, we need to know the registred e-mail so then we can get a new access to the employees that need it, like me.

    Can you help us?

    Thank you for contacting support.

    We don’t have any account, besides this one, registered on our website for that company under the domain name of CM Capital.

    We also noticed that the website from CM Capital is using the Free plugin and it’s currently connected to your Free account.

    For us to locate the purchase you need provide some other information such as the last 4 digits of the card used to make the purchase or the receipt reference in the format: RANKMATH######-####-######
