SEO settings not being saved

  • Hello! I created a ticket about a week ago about this same issue. I tried your suggestion, and it looked like it worked, but I just checked again today and my SEO settings are not being saved.

    You recommended I add some URL paths to my Firewall within GoDaddy which I did. Here they are below…
    /wp-json/rankmath/v1/updateMeta
    /wp-json/rankmath/v1/updateSchemas
    /wp-json/rankmath/v1/updateRedirection
    /wp-json/rankmath/v1/getFeaturedImageId
    /wp-json/rankmath/v1/getHead

    The Firewall also has GEO blocking, and I have blocked every country except the United States. Do I need to unblock the country of origin for RankMath? If so, what is that country?

    Please check if you are using a Firewall, as it may prevent saving the changes.

    If you are using a Firewall, please whitelist this route:
    /wp-json/rankmath/v1/updateMeta

    Whitelisting the route should fix the issue.

    Thank you for your reply. The URL path you mentioned was already added to the “allow URL path” in the Firewall, but the issue is still happening. Do you have any other suggestions?

    Thank you for your reply. Yes I checked this morning and see that my settings are now being saved. This same scenario happened a few weeks ago, then it suddenly stopped working again. I’ll keeping checking it over the next few days and see how it goes. Please keep this ticket open if you can. I’ll send the results soon.
