Hello,

an SEO agency responsible to provide a consultation to us and they offer us to link our website to their premium account, so we will get premium services, in this case could we able to get support via ticket system.

i know that you offer a support for free plugin, via the ticketing system, but in our case we will not able to access to their portal to submit ticket, so how we can get support and send ticket for support ?

i.e our account at https://support.rankmath.com/ticket will not linked to any website, and it will shown at their account, where we will not able access to their account

so if we submit ticket from here, do u will respond to us ?

If you will utilize the SEO Agency’s Rank Math license, you can raise your concern with them, and they will open a support ticket on your behalf.

You can open a support ticket in the Free forum for general inquiries however, if you require support on a PRO feature, you will be asked for the license and will be asked to open a ticket using the correct account.
