    Hello everything is fine?

    I had subscribed to rank math, and I didn’t remember!

    One day my card charged an invoice, I didn’t know it was from rank math! And I went there and opened a dispute!

    Some time later, the dispute was lost, saying that the product had been delivered!

    I looked at the website again these days and noticed that the license and invoice was from Rank Math!

    Can I return my license to the paid plan? Because the final was charged, and I have a FREE license!

    We have heard from our payment processor, FastSpring.

    They checked the information we provided and advised our accounts team that you opened a chargeback with your card provider with Fraud—Card Absend Environment. That is the reason why you were unable to see the funds on your account. The funds are currently on hold at the bank as the disputing process will take up to 120 days before the final decision.

    Unfortunately, they cannot speed up this process on their end as it is in the hands of the card issuer now to take action.

    We ask for your patience regarding this matter.
