Incomplete Transaction

    I am reaching out regarding an issue I’ve encountered while attempting to purchase a subscription through Apple Pay.

    I have tried completing the transaction twice, but each time the payment page loads without providing any confirmation or response. Additionally, I have not received any notifications from my bank or Apple Pay, so I am unsure if the payment was processed.

    Could you kindly advise on the following:

    Should I attempt the transaction again, or is there an issue on your end that I should wait for you to resolve?
    Will the two transactions I attempted process after a few hours, or should I expect them to be canceled or refunded?
    I would appreciate your guidance on how to proceed and any updates regarding the status of my purchase I only want one package from one transaction.

    Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

    We checked your account and we couldn’t find any completed transactions. Please check your Apply Pay account if the transaction is successful from FastSpring.com, our official payment provider. If there is, you must have purchased the plan with some other email address.

    In that case, please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account.

    If there’s no successful transaction in your Apply Pay account, please ensure that your payment method supports the following:

    Payments in USD $
    Supports subscription-based payments
    You are not using a prepaid card
    International payments are turned on
    Your IP is not a Proxy, or you are using any VPN or hosting service

    If everything from the above is enabled and working, you can also try using a credit card instead.
