Add an image with your Focus Keyword as alt text. not recognized

I’m building a wordpress site with Divi for the first time. The guys at ahrefs recommended Rank Math, so I added your plugin and have started to work on increasing my page scores to 100’s. The RankMath plugin says I need to “Add an image with your Focus Keyword as alt text” for the page I’m working on. So I added an image with a keyword as alt text. But RankMath is still saying that I need to add an image? I don’t know why RankMath is not recognizing the change I made. Can you please help me understand?

Also, what does it mean to have a green circle with white inside with a checkmark vs a green circle with green inside and a checkmark?
