Firstly, can you please confirm if you are able to access the SEO metabox from our plugin?

If the issue persists, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress login in the designated Sensitive Data section.

I run the query for all Tags without Focus keyphrase. However, after running it, there was Focus keyphrase.
How can I make the Tags automatically update scores without clicking Update? (Because there are so many tags, doing it manually takes a lot of time)

Please note that the score is generated in the editor where Rank Math analyzes your content, and then the correct score in the list view as well.
If your tags already contain focus keywords, we have a tool to generate/recalculate the score in Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools:

I used the Recalculate Scores feature but it only works for posts, not tags and categories.

At the moment, the scores will only be recalculated using our database tools for posts and pages.
To update the scores for categories and other terms, you’ll have to click on the update button.
