If the changes are not getting saved on your website, please check if you are using a Firewall as it may prevent saving the changes. If you are using a Firewall, please whitelist this route:
/wp-json/rankmath/v1/updateMeta

Regarding the error, please head over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools and click the Recreate Missing Database Tables button and see if that works for you: https://rankmath.com/kb/rank-math-status-and-tools/#recreate-missing-database-tools
Please note that some options are only available when you enable the Advanced Mode in Rank Math. If Database Tools is not showing, please switch to the Advanced Mode: https://rankmath.com/kb/switch-from-easy-to-advanced-mode/

Hello,
The updateMeta route is returning a 403 status code when saving the pages. The issue persists even when only Rank Math and a default theme are enabled. Please check with your host and ask them to make sure that the server firewall isn’t blocking our plugin’s API routes.
