    I have been using Rankmath for a few months now. My English is very bad. That’s why I may not have configured some things correctly, see screenshot of the sitemap in the appendix.

    The sitemap is sent to the google Search console after a few days, even though I work on my pages every day. See screenshot in the appendix.
    With my previous SEO software I immediately received a feedback from google Alerts. Within an hour, an article was in the Google News. I was not represented there for a long time. Apparently, my articles only arrived after a few days. So it was no more news, see screenshot in the appendix.

    Recently, I have manually put the new articles myself into the Search console. I then received the message: URL indexed but not present in the sitemap, see screenshot in the appendix.

    What do I need to set for Rankmath to immediately send any news to Google and other search engines?

    Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Can you please follow this step?
    1. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server.

    Also, should you not be using a dedicated News Sitemap plugin since the Rank Math plugin does not have a News Sitemap in it?

    Hello Dorle,

    Since your site requires a news sitemap, please add a sitemap plugin that supports news sitemap since Rank math doesn’t have that feature currently. You should then make sure to disable Rank math sitemap module in Rank math dashboard.
