The issue seems to be caused by a misconfiguration in the primary terms. For some products, the primary term ID stored in the database doesn’t match the categories selected in the post. This discrepancy causes the issue because Rank Math adds the primary category selected for a product to the link. Ideally, this should not happen, as Rank Math only allows setting a primary category after the category has been selected. Could you please let us know if you have imported the plugin data from any other plugin or site?
We have already fixed this internally and will include the fix in the next update. In the meantime, could you please try overwriting the plugin files by downloading the updated plugin from the following link and replacing it via Dashboard >> Plugins >> Add New Plugin >> Upload Plugin:

Please let us know if the product pages still show a 404 error after replacing the plugin files.

Don’t believe so, think this site has always used RM, but not sure.
Have installed new plugin from your link and all seems to work now.
