Compatibility issues with Elementor plugin

    Hi, on a website I have compatibility issues with Elementor and Rank Math plugin, I already deactivated all the plugins and activated them one by one until the problem with Elementor appeared, and the result was that the Rank Math plugin causes conflicts. It makes the elementor widget menu not load. I use both pro versions of elementor and ranking math including instant indexing.

    Thank you for contacting support.

    This account is only a Free account and there are no active PRO subscriptions associated with it. Can you please let us know what account you used to purchase the PRO plugin?

    The issue with Elementor was corrected in a minor update we released recently: https://rankmath.com/changelog

    If you don’t see the new update, can you please head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math SEO > Status & Tools > Database Tools and clear the transients?

    Then, proceed to WordPress Dashboard > Plugins and see if you are able to see a new version of the PRO plugin which you can update to, which should correct the issue after performing the update.

    I already did what you mentioned, however the error still remains. The latest version I have of the Rank Math Pro Plugin is 3.0.48 and the error still remains when editing with elementor, it does not load the widget menu.

    Hello,

    The most recent version of Rank Math PRO is version 3.0.77.1 where the issue with the Elementor Breadcrumb widget was corrected recently: https://rankmath.com/changelog/pro/.

    All older versions will have this issue because it happened because of some recent changes Elementor PRO made.

    It seems that you’re currently using the Rank Math PRO plugin, but the account you used to open this ticket is a free account.

    Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account and verify it?

    Please note that it is not a good idea to use outdated plugins.
