    Hello,

    My company has paid for a year subscription to rank math which we use of on our many sites, however my previous predecessor did not leave me any information who the account is registered under, please see below the invoice information I have.

    I would really appreciate your help on this.

    Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    It seems like you purchased the plugin with some other email address.

    Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account?

    We need to see the order number that starts with RANKMATH2#####-####-#####

    That’s the issue I am not sure which email its is registered to to gain access, I do see the invoice from 2022 here:
    RANKMATH220817-1429-29435

    and it was going to email: i******@p***************** however it does not let me change the password under this email i cannot find.
