Yes, you can share the screenshot of the error you’re facing on your Google Search Console. Also, please share some affected URLs so that we can check them as well.
Regarding the categories, you can index them. Please head over to your WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Categories, and from there you can set the categories to index:

Some of the URLs you shared are returning 404 error.
However, the working ones are already set to index in the page’s source code.
In this case, please clear your website’s cache and revalidate the issue in your Google Search Console account and give Google some time to recrawl your site.
