There is a problem after activating rank math with elementor. The elementor does not working after activating rank math when I disactivate the rank math the elementor works again. Both of them plus WordPress are up to date and I activate the debugging and I did many thing else but still the problem exist.

Please check the PHP values of your site by heading over to your WordPress dashboard > Tools > Site Health > Info tab > Server. If they are set too low on your site, please ask your hosting provider to upgrade the values according to the following and see if that works for you:
