    What happened with my subscription? I paid it for a year and after login into my admin panel I see it’s free.

    I can prove it that I paid it.

    We don’t see any subscription for that email address. You must have purchased the PRO subscription using a different email address.

    Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account?

    If you can’t retrieve an invoice receipt, please share the last 4 digits of the card you used to purchase the plan in the sensitive data section.
