I purchased the Pro version of your plugin for my domain, but I am encountering several issues:
– After completing the order, I did not receive any confirmation email or activation instructions.
– When I try to connect the plugin to my RankMath account from the WordPress back office, it does not work.
– I created an account using the same email address I used for the purchase, but the Pro version does not appear in my “My Account” section.Additionally, I noticed an issue with the transactions:
– The first transaction was on 19/11 for $75.74.
– The second transaction was on 04/12 for the same amount of $75.74.Could you please assist me with the following?
– Activating the Pro version on my account.
– Clarifying and resolving the duplicate transaction issue.Thank you in advance for your prompt response.
