As of WooCommerce version 9.4 the WooCommerce Brands plugin is integrated in the core of WooCommerce.
See: https://developer.woocommerce.com/2024/10/01/introducing-brands/At this point you still have to enable it manually. But from version 9.6 it’ll be enabled for everyone.
Is there already a possibility to select this type of brand as Brandname in the Rank Math SEO plugin?

Can you please confirm which kind of compatibility you’re referring to? Rank Math already provides the option to select the Brands for your products even when you enable this by using the filter mentioned here: https://developer.woocommerce.com/2024/10/01/introducing-brands/
You can choose the Brands option in Rank Math > General Settings > WooCommerce and after that Rank Math will automatically include your brand name in the meta tag and schema:
