    Hi
    My website’s theme is GeneratePress and I am trying to add the Breadcrumb code without success, could you help with this, please?

    Also, I have the Pro version, but seem to have lost it’s functionality, i.e. tracking keywords, analytics, etc.

    And do I need both the Rank Math and Rank Math Pro plugins if I have the Pro version?

    Thank you for contacting us and bringing your concern to our attention.

    You can add the Rank Math Breadcrumbs code to your theme’s single.php file. Here’s a screenshot for your reference:

    Regarding the PRO plugin, it is built on top of the free version to keep the plugins robust and lightweight so you will need both of them to be installed and activated at the same time so the PRO version will work.

    However, it seems like you purchased the plugin with some other email address.

    Can you please share the email address that you used to purchase the plugin or you can search and forward the receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account?

    Thank you for your response. The code worked.

    The email address is the same but I remember requesting a refund via PayPal as I had no idea who Fast Spring was. As the cost of the pro plugin has risen substantially, I won’t be renewing.

    It was my understanding that it was a LTD when I purchased the pro version.

    Hello,

    The breadcrumbs should show on hierarchial pages only if you paste the code in the single.php file.

    Could you please share the website URL so we can check it as well?

    You can add it to the sensitive data section by editing your first post

    We can see the breadcrumb is no longer shown on the homepage but shows on hierarchical pages.
