Can you please confirm if you’ve set the focus keyword to these product pages but not showing on the product list page? If so, please head over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools, and from there click on the button “Recalculate Score”:

If the issue persists, please edit the product pages and update them without making any changes to same the score.
