I marked the issue as resolved as i found the plugin was updated to Version 3.0.75 and the error was gone.

When I click Change payment method under “Subscriptions and Billing” I am redirected to a page where I enter my registered account email k*********@f**************** but I never receive any emails.
I am unable to check or update the payment method.
Please note that I am receiving other emails (regarding this thread for example) from you guys (RankMath) on the same email address?

I’m writing to express my confusion regarding the recent expiration of my RankMath subscription. Despite having auto-renewal enabled, I did not receive any prior notifications about the impending expiration, such as “Subscription About to Expire” or “Payment Failed.”
I’ve been a loyal RankMath user for the past three years, consistently paying the $49 annual fee. It’s quite disappointing to discover that my subscription has lapsed without any warning, leading to a significant price increase to $84 for a new subscription.
I’ve already brought this issue to your attention in the first communication of this ticket , but the provided responses did not address the lack of renewal notifications.
While I appreciate RankMath and its features, this unexpected cost and inconvenience have forced me to consider alternative SEO solutions. I hope you can resolve this matter promptly and provide a satisfactory explanation.
