I am writing to address your response regarding the cancellation of my Rank Math PRO subscription.
It is highly frustrating that you are conflating two entirely separate matters. My initial request was specifically about canceling my subscription to Imagify, as it appeared that Rank Math and Imagify are represented as one company (based on the interface and footer menu). However, this request did not extend to my Rank Math PRO subscription.
At no point in my original email did I ask for the Rank Math PRO subscription to be canceled. Your decision to cancel this subscription without my explicit consent is both unprofessional and unacceptable.
I purchased Rank Math PRO during a Black Friday sale at a discounted price. This pricing is no longer available, and I should not be penalized for your mistake by having to repurchase the subscription at a higher price.
I kindly ask that you reinstate my Rank Math PRO subscription at the same price and terms under which I initially purchased it.
I look forward to your prompt resolution of this matter.

The Rank Math support team is different from the Imagify support team, so when you sent us that email it is assumed you are referring to our product. At Rank Math, we partner with Fastspring a trusted global payments full-service SaaS company. They handle the subscription mechanism and its renewal.
When you remove your card from the platform your subscription renewal is cancelled although your current subscription will remain valid until its expiry.
If you want to cancel automatic renewal please follow this guide: https://rankmath.com/kb/cancel-subscription/. Please note that manual renewal is not available at the moment.
If you want we can offer you a partial refund to match the black Friday deal you previously purchased.
Kindly let us know how we should proceed.
