It seems that you have purchased the wrong subscription as we don’t see any Rank Math PRO subscription in your account. We can only see the SEO course subscription that you purchased 20 hours ago. If this is the case, we can refund your SEO Course subscription so you can purchase the correct plan.
However, if you believe you have purchased the PRO plan already, you must have purchased it using a different email address. If so, can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate that account?

You are right. I made mistake with the account since I logged in with one but when I was closing my purchase, it asked me for the email address that I want to use the Rank Math, I enter p****************@g********, so the one I registered with PRO was a**************@g********. If you could check, you can see that I have only PRO subscription and 1 invoice but I was charged 2 amounts on my credit card, one is 54,89€ which is supposed to be for the course but I don’t have the course subscription anywhere. And another amount is 97,96€ which I presume it’s the correct amount for my PRO subscription.
Can you please double check and refund it to me? I don’t want the course.

We have gone ahead and refunded the SEO Course. You should see a credit for the refund appear on your credit card statement anytime between now and the next 5 to 7 business days.
If you used a debit card for the payment, the refund might take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. Please note that refunds for international transactions can take up to 10 days to appear for credit cards or up to 60 days for debit cards.
For PayPal, it’s always almost instant.
