    This is the screen I get when I open the ticket. I also remember that when I created it, the subject wasn’t “Demo”, but after submitting it became like this.

    You created the ticket in the SEO course section but that is only accessible to people who have a subscription to the course which is not the case for this account, hence why you cannot view the ticket.
