Hello,
When I try to edit a page on Elementor, I do not get the options to edit already existing text and the buttons do not appear on the top of the page on the right as rankbot suggests.
I can’t edit the content on the Elementor Text Editor for example as there are no controls to do so as seen on the image.

Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

Hi I tested troubleshooting mode and after activating elementor and rank math the problem persisted.

Yeah but did you read the original message?
Try clicking on the text editor, there are no seo controls once you go into any of the widgets, only at page level you get the controls.
So if I want to redo an elementor text editor widget content, it’s not possible.
Please proceed with the refund. The tool does not work like we expected. I see that everything is handled from that SEO button on your screenshot and that is just too complicated for my copywriters.

Sorry for that. With our integration with elementor, the SEO controls will only show up on the root or top level selection in the elementor menu panel. The controls will not show when you select an element or widget.
With that said, we have initiated a refund on your requested transaction. You should see a credit for the refund appear on your credit card statement anytime between now and the next 5 to 7 business days.
If you used a debit card for the payment, the refund might take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. Please note that refunds for international transactions can take up to 10 days to appear for credit cards or up to 60 days for debit cards.
For PayPal, it’s always almost instant.
