I might have accidentally deactivated the Temporary admin access without password plugin. Please activate this plugin so that we can test this further.

Thanks for the patience.
Your secure_rank_math_redirections database table was missing the right columns to save the redirection entries.
I have deleted the current “secure_rank_math_redirections” database table and imported a new one which is now working as expected.
