Question about the “Pro” offer.

    Hello,

    I have a question about subscribing to the “Pro” offer.
    When I subscribe, in the “See details” tab, I see that the “Content AI Starter” tool will be invoiced on December 14, 2024.

    Does this mean that if we subscribe to Rank Math Pro, we’ll be billed a second time within 2 weeks? If so, is it possible to subscribe only to Rank Math Pro without the Content AI Starter?

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting us and bringing your concern to our attention.

    With the Rank Math PRO subscription, we offer a 15-day Content AI Starter trial plan and when it ends, Rank Math automatically billed for the upcoming year’s Content AI Starter subscription.

    If you want to keep this Content AI subscription, you don’t need to do anything. But if you wish to cancel the subscription after 15-day of trial, you can follow the steps illustrated in this tutorial: https://rankmath.com/kb/cancelling-content-ai-trial/

    In this way, you’ll only have the Rank Math PRO subscription.
