    Hello – I was billed for a yearly subscription to Rank Math Pro via PayPal. I would like to cancel this subscription and be refunded in full.

    If Rank Math does not promptly cancel the subscription and refund me, I will get a refund via PayPal. I did not authorize this charge, and I no longer want the service.

    Thank you for contacting the support.

    The renewal is for your Rank Math PRO purchased on November 24, 2023.
     
    We sent out an email reminder 7 days prior to the charge. Did you not receive that?
     
    If you received it, then sorry to disappoint you, but our refund policy does not extend to renewal subscriptions. Before the subscription happens, our system sends out an email 7 days before the actual charge so the users can cancel their subscription(s).

    Hello. I do not care about your policy. I do not use your product and will not pay for a full year of it at your full retail price.

    I have already contacted PayPal and will contact them again. It is in your best interest to issue me a full refund and not prolong this process.
